Hello!
My name is Ruth Tsang. I was born and raised in Hong Kong, spent my college time in Baltimore. After graduating from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), I worked at agencies and startups designing delightful digital experiences. I also worked with startups and brands from pitching to prototypes, wireframes to content strategies.
What's in my mind?
I spent a lot of time thinking how design and people are related. As our world becomes more technically driven, the importance of people is more than it's ever been.
I enjoy working in collaboration with other designers/thinkers/artists because it stimulates the creative process. It is always excited to mix the people and ideas. I am happy to grab a coffee or beer with you to hear your crazy ideas.
What are my dream projects?
Here' a list of dream projects that I hope to get a chance to work on:
- Travel related everything (also projects that require traveling)
- LEGO
- Icon design for an airline
- UI for banking app that I will actually use
- A mural
I like a lot of things.
I enjoy reading on a beach, people watching at a cafe, exploring cities I've never been. I also enjoy working at night when everyone is asleep.
I like sunny days, burgers, beer, maps, surfing, Netflix.
